  1. Neighborhood Strip Center - Class A, Strip mall or stand alone/free standing if per square foot fits economically, mixed use tenant out parcel.
  2. 2,500 to 4,000 square feet.

  3. High traffic and close to interstate.

  4. Intersection - inbound/outbound, easy in or out without u-turns.

  5. 20 parking spaces, 10 minimums.

  6. High visibility and no space on side of Strip Center.

  7. Close proximity to other businesses especially food establishments for their foot traffic.

  8. High elevation for signage preferred.
